Ive lost my ee contract sim card how do i order a new one on my account on my ee app

Welcome to the EE community

 

You need to report your phone/SIM lost by calling EE C/S on either 0800 0798586 or 07953 966250 from another phone - I strongly recommend you do this ASAP to prevent anyone else using your SIM.

 

The agent you speak to will be able to order a replacement SIM for you.
