Sim Swap - identity theft

someone just hacked my sim number . How can i immediately freeze my account??? 
Cyber security can’t do this

If you want to get your SIM blocked, call EE, they are open 24 hours a day for this.

I just had same problem today.Someone sim swaped my card and hacked my emails.when called EE 1st they didnt even want to freeze my sim card,but 15 mins later and lots of explanation how this works they did freeze it
