Hi,
How do I set up e sim on iPhone 11 Pro? Website has been giving error messages for several days now.
I’d rather not call in to a store.

Hi @Cocu I assume you are on an EE Pay monthly contract?
What error do you get and at what stage of the process does it happen?
Have you tried from within the MyEE app?

Are you on a pay monthly contract?
Are you able to try using a different browser?
If you call our Customer Care team from another phone, all you'll need to do is give the advisor the number that you wish to talk about.
