I have an original 4g that still has a few months left on contract. But not being happy with the fitness aspect I've moved back to a Garmin. I'd like to sellit to someone (not on EE). If I disable the mobile network on the watch and do a factory reset. Will it work like a standard Bluetooth? I don't mind paying what's left on the contract but don't want them getting my calls and texts etc because the watch will have an internet connection via Bluetooth or WiFi
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Nacatomy Providing you unpair the watch and remove the cellular connection to it when you reset the watch it’ll not be linked to your device and your free to sell it. And it’ll will work as a Bluetooth watch and your calls will not be received on the watch.
