Samsung watch

My Samsung watch will not work full only when it near my phone. Ee still haven't sorted it

What happens when you try and use the watch without the phone?

Yes I have and they keep saying its my reception but it isn't and you can not use anything on the watch as it won't connect so its unless and paying for something I cant use properly

Yes the phone works in 4g areas the watch never has since I turned it on and tried to set it up
