Hi,
I ordered a Samsung watch on Monday, was told it was in stock and will be dispatched in 1 day, have had nothing apart from an order conformation, the tracking number says there are no details available.

Hi,
I also ordered the Galaxy Watch Active2 Steel 44mm Gold on the 26/03/2020 and the order tracking number still says it is on back order, please can you tell me when I can expect it to be back in stock/delivered to me?

Thanks for ordering with us.
As soon as your watch is ready for delivery, the online tracker will be updated.
You will then receive further delivery information from DPD.
Did you request this to delivered to your home address or an EE store?

I ordered it online but then ended up having to speak to an advisor over the phone to complete my order and she said it will be delivered to my home in 7days as it was on back order.
It still says awaiting confirmation, I'm just wondering how much longer it would take.

I would recommend keeping a check of the online tracker, as this will be updated first.
You will then receive notification from DPD with further delivery information.
