Samsung Galaxy watch 2

Yesterday my Samsung Galaxy watch 2 was spazzing all day and  , can use touchscreen, today wake up same issue around 17:00 is stop and call EE customer service told me they have problems with all smart watch,  but Ee they should take responsibility to take or email all customer for issue,  thanks
