my contract is due to end in a couple of weeks, I'm going to get a new phone through Samsung online but want to upgrade to a SIM only deal through EE, when i press upgrade to SIM only on the EE website through it only gives me 3 options where as there are better options on the site without going though the upgrade portal. How can i get one of the better deals without getting a brand new SIm and changing number? Why does it not offer me all the options when I go to upgrade in the first place?
If your my-EE online isn't giving you the deal you want and there's another one advertised online, you may need to call C/S and get it changed over that way.
What is the plan you've seen online, and can't find to change to? Is it a promotional one?
