SIM only offers

First, I have ordered SIM-only but haven't received the SIM card or any email/SMS from the delivery yet after 5 working days. I'm also unable to track the order.

Second, the SIM-only plan was for 200GB but still receiving emails saying that the order is for 80 GB.  

What should I do to cancel the order if not receiving the order by tomorrow and how can i ensure that the SIM is 200GB and not 80 GB?

If you give us a call on 0800 956 6000, our Mobile Care team can get the SIM card and price plan looked into for you.

Hi 

thanks for your reply, but I can't make any phone call since I do not have any balance in my current sim card and I haven't received my order (EE SIM card) yet after a week. I'm moving out on Saturday and if I cant get my order by tomorrow, then I need to cancel it. is it possible for you to track my order if I give you the order number?

Are you able to give us a call from another phone, @Mike-kh?
