Hi there
I upgraded my old device (S10 5G) to S21 ULTRA 5G (Exynos 2100) two days ago and I have problem with the overheating of the smartphone specially when I am using it on video call and mobile data. It's overheating and suddenly shut down processes and doesn't leave me to multitasking with the other apps. It appears a message showing that. Plus the battery 🔋is draining too fast for a new phone from 100 to zero in about three hours. I am so disappointed with the new phone and I am looking for a way to return the device, but I am reading that almost every user has this issue.

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 or contact Samsung direct
I've no problems with my ultra and I use it extensively.
Thanks

Did you set up your phone from scratch or copy everything over from another phone?
Might be worth trying a factory reset and trying a video call before you install anything else? (though take a backup beforehand of any data)

Thank you for your answer
I setup the phone from scratch and I transfer only my personal files.
I will try later the factory reset that you suggest.

Hi @Brainhighway Did you manage to solve this?

@chistery Hi there. There is not a solution about this and I am back to my S10 5G

It does seem some phones have this issue and some don't. I have just replaced mine with a different issue. I would push for a replacement as it's under 14 days then if it's not fixed it.

I am having the same problem with overheating S21 ultra. Today I was on a teams call for work, very important and the phone became too hot to touch then it automatically shut everything down half way through the call. Had to shut the phone off to let it cool so lost 10 minutes of a meeting as a result.
