New phone arrived last week. Waiting for jiffy bag to arrive to send back the old one.
Nothing arrived yet. Getting close to deadline.
Can't get through on the provided hotline number or standard EE customer care line to chase it.
Any advice to help?

@Colin_M You’ll have to wait for it to arrive the returns package is coming from brightstar.
