Reset WiFi dongle password

Hi Guys. Hope ya can help me. I have just renewed my WiFi dongle so I can use firestick when working away from home. I topped it up and it worked fine yesterday. Now I am being asked to confirm password before it will connect. I know my password for my EE Acc, but have no idea about a dongle password. Can it be reset ?

Hi @Boltadave.

 

Is there a sticker on the back/side of the device that contains a password?

 

Did you set up your own password on the device?

@Boltadave : Which pwd? The admin pwd or the WiFi pwd?
