Hi!
Hope you are doing well. At the end of this month my EE SIM plan contract ends, and I wish to stay with the same plan for the following year, do you know how can I renew it for a 12 month period with the same fee?
Thank you! 🙂

Hi @acoihcasi
These aren't fixed-term contracts that end arbitrarily, they are rolling contracts (with a minimum term) that continue until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or change.
So if you're happy with your plan, then you simply carry on and nothing will change unless you want it to.
The only possible caveat would be if you have any 12month discounts that may be expiring, but these would be clearly indicated on your bill.

Hi @bristolian
Thank you so much for explaining this to me. I thought they were fixed-term contracts, but thank you for clarifying they are not.
I will check the discount part, since I think I have a student discount which I am not sure is for 12 months.
Thank you so much! It was really helpful.
