Hi, I have recently got a 4GEE router on unlimited data plan, and since doing so I am regularly asked to go through the CAPTCHA system on various websites. The most annoying ones being Google and PayPal. Reading around it appears this is due to the way EE does something on its network..
Is it possible to have any improvement on this please?

Hi @weeman7007
Have you tried flushing your DNS?
Thanks,

Sorry for the delay; how do I manage that on the 4GEE router?

Hi @weeman7007
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you tried a different browser?
Does this happen every time you visit a web site?
Thanks.
Leanne.

Hi Leanne,
This happens across multiple devices, OS’s and browsers unfortunately. It doesn’t seem to happen with every site, and some days appear to be better than others. For example, Google hasn’t pestered me for several days, however PayPal still does, and a few other sites have been too.

Hi there.
I’m having the same problem, usually with Google or Cloudflare hosted websites.
I’m on a 4G home connection from Highland Wireless, via the EE network.
Any ideas? Seems to be an EE issue …
