I have recently upgraded my package and upgraded my phone. However, the plan details on my account show the new plan, but with the old phone. Can someone look at this please?

Am told by Customer Services that this might update at the next bill but they don't seem too bothered about it so long as the plan details are correct.

Have you put your SIM in the new phone, and if so has it been less than a day since you did? MyEE only shows what model of phone your SIM is in, not the phone on that number's plan; bit weird I know. Give it a day or so and it should update automatically, their checker for why phone the SIM is in only seems to update daily.

Many thanks for the prompt reply. An Enjoy agent visited me on Monday 20th and sorted the new phone for me so, yes, the Sim card is in the new phone. However, I will wait a few more days and see if it does update automatically.

Strange it's taking that long, but I think I've seen it take quite a while myself! Your number and data is all working in the new phone?
