Received a call

Hi there,

 

Just wanted to know why I had received a call from EE, I missed the call, but when I rang back they said that someone will be in touch (yesterday) but no one did.

 

Just wondering if any from the forums can shed light on this?

 

I assume it's in regards to the ps5 as that's the only change I've made to my account recently
