EE Perk code not

Hi,could someone help? Perk code not working online as per usual. Can’t resolve over the phone like I usually do. I have had the codes confirmed as valid over the phone. I’ve tried different plans and browser. Getting nowhere!!

Resolved! -1024kb pack? Is this a mistake on the app?

I've gone to add a pack and come across as pack for '-1024kb'?! I was looking for a pack bigger than 125gb but the £35 is for '1024kb' instead which is very odd. Assume this is an error on the site to be corrected?

Perks account deactivated

Hi , I'm needing my Perks account reactivated , I set it up a couple of years ago & it never allowed my to access it so I gave up. Looking to switch providers now & would like the benefit of my Perks discount. Anyone help please?
