Hi

I'm having the same issue....

 

On a slightly different note, can I apply the perk to my upgrade (that hasn't started yet as I am still waiting for my s21)?

Are you needing your Perk account removed so you can re-register?

 

The discount would need to be added when you upgraded, if you speak to us on 150 the team will see what they can do to help.

It's the 128gb.... It said originally dispatched within 7 days but today it's changed to ship when arrived 🥺

@JonnyManc the current guidance is the phone is available to order and we will deliver as soon as we receive stock from our supplier. 

 

As soon as your phone is ready for delivery you will be notified.
