Hi, dont know if anyone can help me but I've had my phone contract for ages now but never really looked into all the extras and every included in my contract other than the BT Sport smart benefit. My other smart benefit is Prime video, which I have no idea how to use. I've text PRIME VIDEO to 150 and it just tells me I already have this smart benefit. Its already selected on the app so I don't know what to do as I don't remember ever receiving any details as how to use this benefit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I activated that smart benefit, I received the below text message and recommend to try the link shown which has worked just now when tested. Good luck!

It's worth noting you can use an existing Amazon account and do not need a new one as this was not immediately obvious to me from visiting the link.
