EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Marzena33 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Account Settings / Unlock your SIM.
