anyone try Playstation store Add Funds to Wallet  bill by mobile?

i try add £20 but keep "An error has occurred. Please try again."

I check my ee account , don't have a Spend Cap.

@James_B  Still same letting me out phone number in and I’m getting the 4 digit code but then the error message
