Plan upgrade

Hello I upgrade me plan befor 2 days,but and use samsung s20,but 2 days I still waiting me devaice

Just a bit confusing here, did you upgrade with ordering a new phone? If this is the case, then you should receive an email letting you know the phone is being dispatched, an email and or text from DPD the evening before dispatch and another one on the day of delivery with a time scale when you will receive it.
