I ordered the new IPhone 11 Pro Max on the 13th of September and was expecting to recieve it today. When I tried to track the phone it still says it’s in China, can I visit a local EE store and pick up the IPhone there If I provide tracking number.

@JoeDraper98   If you ordered for hone delivery then it will be delivered to your home.  You can not just go to a store and expect to be given one 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How do I find my 10 digit tracking code I only have a 12 digit code? I checked my order confirmation email and it was not there.

@JoeDraper98   Your tracking code will be sent to you when a device is allocated to you.  You could try call customer services about it.
