Phone order

Hi I ordered yesterday morning an extra phone(iPhone 12) to add to my account as it’s for my son on contract.I had an email with a order number and saying an upfront fee for the phone would be taken on this day(yesterday)and it’s on my way and to wait for an email so I can track phone etc.The problem I have is no money was taken and haven’t any other emails since,do I need to call them?

@Stoney1975   I would call customer services about this as they usually take the upfront payment straight the way,  was the device you ordered in stock ? as this might be the reason why nothing has been taken yet. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I’ve had no email to say it isn’t in stock,I will give them a call tomorrow,Thankyou.

They discovered that my card that I had tried to use to pay the upfront fee for the phone was a different one(long number on the front of card) to what they had down on my file due to my old card expiring.They were very helpful and even lowered my bill per month as they told me what alternatives there were on offer for what I need for.🙂
