I ordered an upgrade on Friday. Dpd said they attempted to deliver my phone on Sunday but couldn't so delivered it to a dpd pick up point, I went there twice over the last two days and they do not have it. Dpd have asked me to contact EE but I cannot get through, completely unsure what to do.

My iPhone 13 arrived suddenly out of the blue - however I did get an email just before it was delivered.
you will need to be patient as there has been a shortage of iPhone 13 at the Apple warehouse, but they are starting to filter through now.

Hi there, I think its lost as it was an iPhone 12 and I got a text saying they'd delivered it to the pick up point. Super stressful, thank you though!
