Phone claim

Hi there. 
I have an IPhone 11 Pro Max I’ve had for 9 months and it now has a smashed/cracked screen. I’m fully insured on my account, I’d like to know how I make a claim to get a replacement. I’ve tried online but nothing’s really helping, any suggestions? Regards.

@Brandon252  You need to call customer services to start the claim. 

All the information you need was sent to you on how to start the claim with your insurance pack. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
