I placed an upgrade order 29/01/2021 and I am trying to track my order but it is saying it cannot process the order at this time using my phone number anbd order number?

If the device you ordered was in stock, it would usually be delivered the next working day.
If you haven't heard anything tomorrow morning, I'd recommend checking your order with our Mobile Care team.

If EE tracker isn't working then you will need to track via CS on 150.

Already done thanks, online order did not process also can I suggest that with the S21 Ultra stock levels are at minimal and take upto 14 days to be delivered can the EE website state this to keep customers informed
