Hi - I have just lost my phone in a river and need some advice on how I replace it maintaining my current price plan - device lost was an iPhone 11

I'd assume from your post, that you don't have any insurance or loss cover in-place. In which case you probably have 2 options.
1: Pay an early upgrade fee and "upgrade" to the same phone, but you may not be able to keep your current plan, and would be resetting your minimum term.
2: Buy a new iPhone 11 SIM-free and ask EE for a replacement SIM.
