Hi @Shines21 and welcome the community

As per how do I get my PAC - EE Help if you have multiple numbers on your account, you can only get your PAC by calling C/S on 150, or logging into your myEE online account.

The shortcode should work for any account with only one mobile number attached.

On the EE website page:

https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/get-in-touch?adobe_mc_sdid=SDID%3D227BAB9CE89EC775-331196725727C9AA%7...

You can call one of the numbers - I called 07953 966 250 (from Skype but you can also use a landline).

The EE responder was very helpful. I wanted to keep my EE number (I had an old pay as you go flip phone with a large SIM card) on my new SIM free smartphone. EE are sending me a new SIM card which fits in my new phone (£2.50, which was deducted from the amount) and I can continue to use my old number.

If you need to contact EE C/S from a non-EE phone, then I'd recommend using 0800 0798586

That is a free call from all UK phones
