Hi @Johnieboy

Welcome to the EE Community,

If you log into MyEE

click on menu on the left hand side

> account settings > at the bottom click on switching providers > switch from EE.

your PAC code will then be displayed.

Thanks,

David.

@Johnieboy if there is a error with your account then they would of escalated it to clear the error.

Hi @Johnieboy.

If you still don't have your PAC, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can either give it to you over the phone, or raise a fault ticket on your account and get it to you as soon as possible.

@Jon_K

i have contacted customer services 3 times over the last 3 week. I am told by the team they will contact me and in the case of last week. I will receive the pac code at 5pm last Friday. So some lies going on there.

I have an Ofcom complaint reference and that’s gone past 5 days and EE still haven’t contacted me.

i need that pac code today I am not calling your customer services again to chase up AGAIN the same subject. It’s a total joke

If you can help then please do. You can contact me direct about this.

Hi @Johnieboy.

I'll send you a private message on here.

Please take a look and get back to me.

Jon

OFCOM don't handle individual complaints. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.
