Ordered 11 pro max but not arrived,yet available on line,how it that possible?

I pre ordered an iPhone 11 pro max on the 20th in my local store and was told I was the first to pre order. Great I thought until today. Went into store this afternoon and no phone. I ordered the 256 pro max in midnight green. To my disappointment this phone is available on line now with one day delivery to your local store or home address. If you have available stock why was my phone not sent to store!!!!!!!!!!

@Amanda1967   Did the store actually order the device?  You need UK take this up with the place you ordered the device from.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Rang them today and they are trying to sort it out for me. My pre order was the only one not to turn up yesterday and they cannot understand why. It’s just a waiting game now.

As of today still no phone,my local store rang around 5 stores and they didn’t have any either. The on line store still says one day delivery on the pro max 256 in midnight green. 

Has anyone received an iPhone 11 max pro 256 in midnight green ???

Have you spoken to the store about cancelling your order to complete it on line?

 

If we have the device you want in stock ready to dispatch you will receive it within 1 day.

I don’t think I can up grade over the phone as I am on an early up grade contract where I hand my old phone back
