Hi, I've just upgraded to the note 20. With the charger, the plug has a normal USB on it, the cable that was supplied is USB c on both ends but no connection to plug the cable into the plug. I phone customer services and was told the would resolve the issue. I received a text today saying the case is now closed and I'm still with out being able to charge my phone... Help

Hi @rjgrant78
You will only have a USB C on both ends if you have attached the USB C adapter in the box. This is only used to transfer data from one phone to another. Take this adapter off any you have your USB connection for your plug.
Thanks

Hi @rjgrant78
Very strange then as the cables are wrapped and provided by Samsung. I've never in all my years had the wrong cable.
That aside don't you have any other cables you can use? These are generic, you can buy them from the supermarket. They are are only a few £ on Amazon, always best to have more than one.
Thanks
