Not reconnected

Hello I would like to know why im not been reconnected to my services after paying my bill (full amount). I know that after the payment you have to wait up 2 hours. Even after payment is done they tell me that over the phone. And its been already over 2 hours. So im wondering why im not been reconnected to my services in that time period?

For account specific issues such as this you will have to speak to EE CS. If you cannot call 150 then use the live chat via your EE account.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.
