New sim after upgrading

Hi,

Anyone able to help, I have tried to activate my new aim having upgraded my phone today. I have followed the steps from EE website for simswap putting in their 5 digit code and the new sins serial number. However now both my old phone and new phone are showing as emergency call only and I can't get it to finish activating the sim. It now says to call 150 but I can't as neither phone now has a network as a result of trying to activate the new sim. Anyone able to give any advice please? Cheers!

@Dysmith1992   you gonna have to call customer services from a different device.  And why didn’t you just put your old Sim card in your new device ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
