Hi, hoping for some guidance.
Received a new phone on contract with EE from Vodafone and provided a PAC code at time of order. Been using my old service - and old handset - until it disconnected today but now I have been given the message that the sim is not provisioned for voice and my number is not registered to ask for help from the virtual agent! I also have no means of calling customer services as am currently only permitted emergency calls.
I was expecting it to port automatically and have been billed by EE and disconnected by Vodafone only to be left paying for a handset with no service.

@DS-AB have you tried restarting the device ?
When did receive the new device? Number ports take up to 24 hours and are not processed at the weekend so if you got it today then your number port will be completed by tomorrow.
