My phonescreen has blacked out for no reason

I was just going to the toilet quickly and my phone just went to black screen. I think the phone was still working but now i cant use it because of this. The phone itself doesnt have insurance but im not paying for something I havent done and its now just gone blackscreen on me. Please help and email me back on xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx. Ive tried everything to help it work and it still doesn't work.

No one will email you as this is a customer forum.

 

You need to contact EE.

 

The phone may have a fault which may need looking into.

 

What phone is it? When did you purchase it?

 

You can't jut decide not to pay for it. If you damaged it (not saying you have) you'd still have to pay for the phone/tariff. 

 

If your phone develops a fault it needs looking into.

The phone is a s10 and ive had it just under a year. I didn’t damage it myself but ill contact them and thank you
