Although data, apps etc. are working, my mobile telephone is not working,

I have tried to contact 150, EE, from the phone, but making phonecall and receiving are not working.

When friends tried to ring, the recorded message saying   'Conditional call forwarding is enabled'.    Even if I was waiting for the tel. from my friends, it does not ring at all. 

In addition , when I try to make a phone call, a dialogue comes out to say 'Call was not sent'.  

 

I have tried to contact EE Customer Service a few times the staffs, after asking me to do this and that, always disappeared saying 'I am going to check something, please hold on the tel.(landline) I was using, but they never came back.

 

In addition, I have tried to arrange a phone call from EE staff to ring me and confirmed by email at specified time and date, after waiting for it, nothing happened.  I send a few email to follow up to find why it did not ring me, to no avail, as there have been no response whatsoever!

 

In addition, there have been a few email sent to me to say they are working on the network status trying to work it out, but, again nothing has happened!

 

What a farce!    While EE has been trying to woo new customers with fantastic carrots such as Amazon vouchers etc., they are treating existing customer in this way, totally ignoring my problems, even if I pay monthly.

 

Can anyone help me?

I'm sorry to hear about this.

 

Are you able to complete a two-way SIM test to help to narrow down the cause of the problem?

 

To do this you will need to swap SIM cards with another EE phone, then both try to make calls. The problem should follow wither your phone or your SIM card.

I am not able to do the two-way SIM test as I have no other EE phone. 

Is there any other way to restore the phone?

 

Is the fault anything to do with 'VM on' and I found two texts sent from EE in the past, saying 'conditional direct has been successful' , although I do not recall receiving the messages.?

What phone are you using?

 

We can try clearing any diverts on the phone, can you dial ##21# into your dial pad and call it?
