My iPhone 12 order

I ordered my IPhone 12 on the 10th Nov and I haven’t had any information about it. When I check on the tracking paper ( track your order) it says awaiting confirmation on delivery date and that’s all it says. I’m just wondered because they have took my money out of my bank for the phone too.

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was dispatch within 14 days.

You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as it is dispatched.

I ordered my phone by 2nd nov and was promised to deliver by 21 days its, not delivered yet,

I called the customer care and they said ill have to wait for another 28 days as that is what their stock details tells them.

I’m exact the same, ordered mine on 2nd nov and told 21 days yet my tracking hasn’t even changed yet, whenever I ring they just say 21 days, joke I didn’t want to wait 21 days in the first place never mind even long, bit of a joke tbh, starting to wish I just bought the phone out riggt else where and kept my sim only!

I have the same problem. I ordered on 1st November and have heard nothing since the confirmation email. I was told in a chatroom that it would come eventually, but now that a month has almost passed I'd like some more concrete information.

I am waiting for their confirmation about the 28 more days they talked about before I cancel my order and all the services EE provides to me.

iPhone 12 pro max 128gb silver. Ordered on 18th November. It said delivery within 7 days.

Ee website is still showing the same delivery timescale, my order is still saying awaiting confirmation, no message from dpd.

If this does not arrive by Friday 27th November I will cancel my upgrade and contract. Then move to a rival company who can deliver.

II ordered my 128gb iPhone 12 Pro in Graphite on 3rd November. Was told despatch would be within 21 days and today is day number 21 and yet still no confirmation.

Hi, so I ordered mine on Thursday or Friday, it said it was in stock and when I did live chat they said it was out of stock
