My EE app thinks I still have the pixel 3a but I now have the 4a for about 8 months now any ideas anyone

The image of the device in your My EE account is just cosmetic, it won't affect your contract or usage.
Could you try logging into the app on 4G please? If it hasn't updated within 24 hours, speak to our Mobile Care team and they'll make sure everything is up to date on our side.
