Hello! So I had placed an order for a contract phone and spoke to an advisor on the phone this morning who processed my order and took out the upfront payment! Though i have just rung EE to change delivery details to be told my order has been put on hold because instead of providing ID at the door when DPD deliver i have to WAIT until the 2nd of december and go in store to show my ID!??? Why let people order phones then not tell then they have to wait??? I've had no email to tell me this and would have been sat waiting to hear from DPD! And now I'm £50 down and no phone until the 2nd december! Really not happy or impressed.

I was told the order has been put on hold for security reasons. Though when I asked why I was given an answer.
I explained j upfront cost had come out to which they told me it hadnt.. I argued the point and then they told me it had.
Now I've been told I have to wait

Please follow the advice provided and give us a visit on December 2nd so this can be looked at further and you can get your new device.
