My iphone XR has been acting up, glitching when i am on the phone, sometimes it takes a while to hang up and goes on and off when I want to put someone on speaker, this is weird as I have only had the phone for a year. Sadly I have just passed the warranty date with apple but would like to know if ee can assist with this as I am still paying off the phone? I have even restarted it and restored it but still playing up

@Cookie92 Back the device up and to a factory reset on the device then test it without restoring that back up. Use a PC/iTunes to restore the device to factory settings. You need to install a fresh version of iOS on the device. If the problem is still present then you need to book an Apple appointment for them to look at the device. If you want to try and claim from EE you’ll need to get a independent report stating that this issue was present on the device when you got it.
