My iphone 12 pro max has been stuck on 3g since ee cut me off for going over a limit I didn’t even know i had even though i was not due to pay my bill my bill has been paid but now my phone is stuck on 3g ive changed the settings to enable 5g ive restarted my phone multiple times but still without wifi im stuck on 3g am i alone in this

Solved blooming apple beta program so completely my fault taken myself off it now all is well only joined so i could use raw photography

You may have to call CS on 150 - Does your My EE app say you have any limits? data limit would be the obvious one here.
Do you usually get 4G in your area?

No limits on my account they just set one them selves i have no cap myself they just didn’t tell me and just cut me off all calls and texts I wouldn’t of minded if it had just been a block on being able to use anything not free so had 4 whole days with no ability to contact anyone and i have workers who i need to be able to contact but no i have 4g everywhere here not seen 3g for over 6years its a 5g contract aswell starting to loose the faith

That definitely seems like an odd error. Have you tried to reset your network settings at all?

Just to eliminate the simple things, have you checked for any network issues in your area here ?
Have you tried making a call and seeing if it works?
