I ordered the iPhone 12 pro max 256GB Graphite as an upgrade on 6/12/20, Stocks were available and all that.
I received the order confirmation email but that is it. There isn't anything that I have seen that says a particular date or time. I have tried to track the order number but no information is displayed.
Is there a particular time frame or is it a case of "I'll know when it's here" situation.
@LouisRJones Like you EE are waiting on Apple to receive more devices to send out to customers, EE cannot magic more devices out of Apple and Apple are not just supplying EE. there is a shortage of these devices as Apple can’t produce them quick enough and also have a parts shortage issue because of the current situation.
