I ordered an upgrade of the Iphone 12 Pro on the 19th and it said it’d be delivered within 2 weeks, its been 2 weeks tomorrow and my tracking still says awaiting confirmation date.. its been stuck on that for 5 days. Help?!

Sorry, we don't have a estimated delivery timescale for that particular model at the moment. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock from Apple. We'll send you a text message when it is on its way.

Don't think you are alone, mine also went from giving me a date back to awaiting confirmation.

 

Seems EE are having major stock issues! 

Same here, ordered the blue 128gb 12 pro and had an email to say estimated delivery date is: 2nd - 7th Nov 2020. now it’s changed to Awaiting confirmation.... ordered on the 20th with expected delivery in 14 days.

Everyone seems to be struggling.

 

Im waiting on a 256GB Blue Pro and not a single update other than my order has been confirmed. Approaching the original “Expect Dispatch Within 14 Days” and still nothing. 

Im not too bothered with waiting but I paid for early upgrade and if I’d waited until now my upgrade would have been free, yet I still don’t have it

Exactly, that’s why I’m annoyed. They were quick enough to take my money out of the bank!
