Samsung S9 UI 2.5 Upgrade

It has been on the web in October that the S9 will receive its last major upgrade to UI 2 5 with the October security patch. As yet despite checking regularly it has not arrived on my device. Will it happen and if when.

I agree but it is only that the upgrade was promised for October and has not appeared as yet.
