Invalid Sim after giving 30 days notice

I called EE yesterday to give 30 days notice that I don't want the plan on my 4G wifi mini monthly plan to renew next month. Now it says Invalid Sim when I try to connect and when I try to call the number I used yesterday it doesn't recognise the number. Has it been cancelled early by mistake?

Did this start to happen as soon as you came off the call to us, or did it start happening over night? 

 

Could you please try turning the device off and back on to see if that helps?

Thank you, yes the problem started the first time I tried to login after speaking to you. I've turned on and off a number of times and rebooted laptop and wifi.
