I ordered an apple watch a couple of days ago, got the order confirmation and still not heard from them regarding delivery. Can't get hold of anyone, live chat must be on furlough and the phone just rings and rings????????????????
I thought they were despatched within a day! I should have bought elsewhere.

They are only dispatched next day if they have stock.
Have you called 150 from your mobile?

That doesn't mean anything.
Keep on the phone on 150 they are busier than normal and have less staff working due to social distancing.

Look at every single networks forums. Apple can't make enough due to not being able to source components due to this global pandemic.
You need to persist on waiting on the phone until it's your turn to be answered

It says usually despatched within one day not that it will be dispatched within one day.
That’s a big difference.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Which Apple Watch did you order? could you let me know the colour and size?
