I upgraded my phone, I have had it for more than 14 days. It's too big for me, the higher megapixel camera is worse than my huawei and the touch screen is horrendous, hardly responsive at all. I was convinced by a friend that I'd get used to the larger size, but I haven't. This phone is just bad in all areas, any chance I can change it? I'll go for a older model, I'm not bothered about new phones, I just want a phone I can use without frustration

Hello @Thwaites16 ,
Welcome to the community,
Unfortunately, no, you had 14 days to try the phone before returning it with a change of mind, so if it is over 14 days no, only if the phone has a fault, then it can be looked into. Check your terms and conditions, if the screen is unresponsive and has always been, then it might be worth speaking to customer service, as it could be faulty.
