I am trying to put a new ee payg sim into an orange phone

Phone wants a sim unlock code how do I get this as I can't complete registration of the phone because ee text me the code to a phone I can't unlock!!!!!!

@AndyMax   You’ll need to call customer services to see if they can give it to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
