I pay for services your not providing me you won't talk to me with out moving me to different people and then say we call you back and never do I can't wait to cancel my account with you and never have to deal with you again

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.
